But a guy like Ben Wallace can be valuable to any team, anywhere, any time. Ben Wallace does three things for his team; and he does them all well. First and foremost he is one of the best rebounders in the league year in and year out. In addition, Ben Wallace is also always near the league leaders in blocked shots. Both of these areas equal one thing; Ben Wallace is a defensive force. For what he lacks on the offensive side of the ball, he makes up for it on defense.

The Chicago Bulls have to be happy that they have a guy like Ben Wallace on their team this season. They are very close to being a championship contender, and they hope that Ben Wallace can get them over the last hump. I don’t think that anybody doubts his ability to do so.
